We are seeking a Promotional Products Coordinator to be the link between the sales team serving our clients and the decorators or manufacturers. This person will be key in developing a client’s draft idea for customization into a finished product.  
 

Pay range:  

$55,000-58,000/salary

This job is FULLY REMOTE and can be worked from anywhere in the 50 states of the US, or Washington DC. We cannot consider applicants who live outside these areas or candidates who require sponsorship to work in the US.

Core Job Responsibilities May Include the Following: 

• Obtain specifications for the customization needed from the sales team, including logos, draft artwork, and specific verbiage. 

• If necessary, design, or work with a graphic designer, to create a design for the client.  

• Determine the most appropriate design method to be used, taking into consideration the design details and substrate to be used, production time, budget, and other criteria. 

• Present the design and digital product proofs to the client using Microsoft PowerPoint, ESP, or other tools. Adobe Creative Suite required. 

• Modify the design as needed. This stage may require strong resolutions skills if the customer is upset, as well as the ability to interpret unclear instructions from customers and think outside the box. 

• Work with the decorator and/or manufacturer to obtain a proof of the product for final approval by the customer. 

• Ensure production timelines are being met and deliverables are received according to specified deadlines. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• 5 years experience in the promotional products space, preferably for a promotional products distributor or in a role where sourcing imprinted promotional products was your primary job.  

• Familiarity with multiple methods of decoration, including embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, silk screening, engraving, deboss, emboss, 4-color process, and direct-to-garment. 

• A firm understanding of the promotional products industry and ASI pricing methodologies. 

• Full understanding of sourcing using promotional products industry sourcing platforms such as ASI ESP, SAGE or similar.  

• Ability to source promotional products on a continuous basis with both ASI and NON- ASI vendor partners as required.  

• Solid experience in all stages of design approval, including selection of the proper design method, design proofing, customer sign-off of designs, etc.  

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint  

• Graphic design experience a plus 

• Experience in the casino/gaming industry a plus, but not required 

• Ability to multi-task and switch priorities as needed 

• Empathic with the ability to resolve client issues diplomatically and without putting the client’s continued relationship with the company at risk 

• Limited travel to Promotional products industry shows such as PPAI, ASI Orlando or similar to further industry knowledge and further vendor relationships may be required.  

• Limited travel to help with events is a possibility, but not a requirement of the position
